A: Jobs post instantly.

How long is my resume active for?
A: You control how long you keep your resume active. If you want to allow employers to view your resume you click Activate This Resume. If only you are to access but you stillwant to respond to jobs online click Save & Exit.

Who will be viewing my resume?
A: Employers who are hiring job candidates
in the insurance industry.

What if I made an error
when I posted the job?
A: You can edit your information at any time. Click Post a Job tab from the Home Page. Enter user name and password to access your account.
Q:
How do I know if the jobs
that are posted are still available?
A:
Jobs will post for 90 days. It is the responsibility of the employer to delete the job if it has been filled before the 90 days expire.
Q:
Can I get additional information
on a job posting other than what is listed?
A:
Since employers post their own jobs, they will only include
the information that they
want the job seeker to have.
Q:
I have forgotten my user
name and/or password.
A:
If you forgot your password you can enter your user name. Once your password has been found in our database it will be mailed to your email address.
If you forgot both user name and password please contact support@insurancejobzone.com. Provide full name, company name if applicable, and telephone number.

How do I update
my email address or change my password?
A:
Please contact support@insurancejobzone.com. Provide old email address, new email address, full name, company name if applicable, and telephone number. Upon receipt the change will be made to your resume or your company contact page.

Can I tell which employers
have accessed my resume?
A:
We do not record who has seen your resume. The employers will contact you if your qualifications meet their needs.

Can I copy and paste my
resume into insurancejobZONE.
A:
Yes. In order to post or edit your resume you will need to use the resume builder. Click Post a Resume tab from the Home Page.
Q:
Can anyone searching the
resumes see my personal contact information?
A:
No. The only way they get your name or any contact information is by your direction after searching jobs and responding to those of interest. There is an option for an employer to purchase the contact information of a candidate they have interest in. If you prefer to keep your contact information unavailable you can mark CONFIDENTIAL at the time you post you resume.
